A deposit of $100 is required to confirm reservation.
This may be paid by credit card, cheque or money order.

The deposit confirms your booking and you are committed to terms and conditions stated in our cancellation policy.
Credit card details are required for security purposes.
Balance must be paid by cash or cheque on arrival or departure.
A fee of 3.5% of the total will incur if balance is paid by credit card.

Check out time is 11.00am

Cancellation policy.
* 21 days notice is required for a refund of your deposit (minus administration fee)
* No refund of your deposit if less than 21 days cancellation.
- a cancellation within 14 days of your first night accommodation will incur 50% of the total cost of booking.
* A cancellation within 7 days of your first night accommodation will incur the full cost of your booking. There is no refund or the ability to change the date set.
* 21 days or more is required to make any adjustments with your booking.
All accommodation is Strictly non-smoking
